You or Your means you as a participant in or as a user of eLearn Life Skills’ websites. We or Our or Us means eLearn Life Skills websites.
Section 1 – Collection of Information
When you make a purchase from our websites, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to fulfill and support the products you purchase. We may also use this information to add you to one of our mailing lists, which you will always have the opportunity to opt-out.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return of a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason. We deem these purposes to be primary consent reasons.
Your personal information may also be used for secondary consent reasons, (i.e. newsletter subscription and email marketing). Each communication we send provides you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link which is located at the bottom of each email we send. You may also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you withdraw your consent, we will not contact you again for secondary reason purposes.
Section 3 – Disclosure
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
With the exception as stated above, we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners or vendors.
Section 4 – Data Storage, Payment Processing and Software Licensing
Bright Market, LLC d/b/a Fast Spring is the authorized reseller of eLearn Life Skill’s products and services. They provide us with the platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

For our licensed software applications, we use softWORKZ Innovation Inc., who captures certain personal information to fullfill software licensing requirements.
softWORKZ provides hosted software licensing services to our clients and does not interact directly with you as an end users. They act as a “processor” of information on behalf of our clients. To fulfill their services, they require some end user technical details as well as an optional password and email address as below.
Under our licensing agreement and softWORKZ, you provide explicit consent for capturing and storing of End user information described herein to be stored on softWORKZ servers for the purposes of licensing the software.
End User information stored in the software_DNA system:
- One-way Hash: Information that identify parts of the computer are put through a special function (called a 'one-way hash') that turns the information into one code number that is unique to the end user's computer but cannot be deciphered (or reverse engineered) to determine what those components are. Only this hash value is sent to the activation server and not the details on the computer parts.
- Computer Name / ID
- License Activation Email
- License Activation Password
- Registration information as collected by the software application
This information is stored in encrypted form on softWORKZ servers. If none of the optional information is provided (email address and registration information) then no personal information will be transferred and stored. We suggest that no important personal passwords be used for the activation password, or a password that personally identifies the end user.
We do not share this information with 3rd parties.
Should an end user request all of its data to be forgotten, from the DNA Control Panel eLearn Life Skills will have the means to directly erase all the personal information and data for that client relative to its software license.

Section 5 – Cookies/Tracking Technology
We collect cookies or similar tracking technologies. This means information that our website’s server transfers to your computer. This information can be used to track your session on our website. Cookies may also be used to customize our website content for you as an individual. If you are using one of the common Internet web browsers, you can set up your browser to either let you know when you receive a cookie or to deny cookie access to your computer.
