Creating buyer personas is essential to identifying, obtaining and retaining customers.  Below are examples of consumer and business buyer personas.

Consumer

Hi, my name is Consumer Chicken Eater.  I live in San Dimas, CA, within a 5-mile radius of E. Bonita Ave. and N. San Dimas Ave., zip code 91773.  I could be either a male or female, whose ages range from 25 to 80 years old.  My race is primarily white or black, but I’m not limited by ethnicity.

I like quick service, easy parking, and friendly staff.  But, most importantly, good food.
